What is Training or Definition of Training

Training provides knowledge and skills to perform more effectively. It enables employees to adapt them in different situations and changes in the organization. 

New employee needs training to know about his work and his responsibility in the organization.

 

Definitions:

According to Gay Dessler– “Training is the process of teaching new employees the basic skills they need to perform their jobs”

 

Jack Halloran, “Training is the process to transmitting and receiving information related problem solving” 

 

So we can say training is to know about something new, achieving basic knowledge to increase skills and efficiency.
